About the Class
Be Calm- Guided Relaxation will bring you a deep sense of peace and tranquility through a series of mediation, relaxation, music, visualisation, stories and poems.
These are 1.5 hours where you can tune into your body and mind, nourishing and nurturing your soul.
Calming music and beautiful lighting in the venue will help transform you to your place of tranquility Suitable for all abilities including during pregnancy.
Instructions
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat provided for the event (if you prefer to bring your own please feel free)
- Bring a blanket, pillow and comfy pair of socks to keep nice and cosy
- Bring a bottle of water
SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE, including complete beginners.
The duration of the class is seated and/or laying down (all your own choice) so make sure you are warm and comfy
