🧘 About the class

My classes are an environment for everyone whether you have practised yoga for years or have never been to a class before. The atmosphere I create is that of a non-judgmental, safe and welcoming space. Each week my classes run with a different theme, varying from physical aspects of the body, emotions, and moon yoga; creating a journey for your practise. Every class ends with a beautifully calm and serene guided relaxation.

🌿 Instructions

• Yoga mat can be provided if you don’t have your own.
• Comfortable stretchy clothing. *Bare feet is preferable (grips the mat better!)
• In the winter months you may wish to bring a blanket for relaxation

If you have any injuries or illnesses please either call me on 07745891884 or speak to me before the class begins. Everyone is welcome and all abilities, injuries and concerns can be catered for.
